Orro Home Philippines is seeking a confident Live Host – Beauty (Skincare) to showcase skincare products through live selling on platforms like TikTok and Facebook. You will engage viewers, demonstrate products, and drive sales during live sessions.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of live-hosting experience in beauty, strong communication, and a presentable camera presence. This on-site role is based in Quezon City, with KPI incentives, commissions, and a path for growth.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Live Host, preferably in beauty.
• Strong passion for beauty and skincare products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Host live selling sessions on TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, and other platforms.
• Introduce and demonstrate skincare products during live broadcasts.
• Engage viewers, answer inquiries, and encourage purchases.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize livestream performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Multimedia teams for content planning.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Assist in creating promotional content and product presentations.
• Monitor audience engagement and provide feedback for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live selling sessions on TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, and other platforms

• Introduce and demonstrate skincare products during live broadcasts

• Engage viewers, answer inquiries, and encourage product purchases

• Achieve sales targets and maximize livestream performance

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Multimedia teams for content planning

• Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and competitor activities

• Assist in creating promotional content and product presentations

• Monitor audience engagement and provide feedback for improvement

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Live Host, preferably in the beauty category

• Passionate about beauty and skincare products

• Good product knowledge with the ability to learn and explain beauty products effectively.

• Presentable, camera-friendly, and well-groomed appearance, with confidence in front of the camera

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
