About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Host to join the sales team at Esse Vida Inc. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Live Host, you will be the face of our brand, presenting products and services to our audience through live streaming and interactive sessions. You will play a crucial role in driving sales engagement, building customer relationships, and creating memorable experiences that convert viewers into loyal customers. This position combines entertainment, persuasion, and sales expertise to deliver compelling live content that resonates with our target market.

Key responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions and interactive presentations showcasing Esse Vida Inc. products and services to engage audiences
• Present product features, benefits, and value propositions in an engaging, authentic and persuasive manner
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and addressing concerns to facilitate purchasing decisions
• Build rapport and establish trust with audiences to encourage customer loyalty and repeat purchases
• Meet and exceed sales targets through live selling activities and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling live content strategies and promotional campaigns
• Monitor audience engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve performance and content quality
• Maintain professionalism and brand consistency throughout all live hosting activities
• Document and report on sales performance, viewer analytics and audience insights to support business objectives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a live host, sales representative, or similar customer-facing role within the sales or retail industry
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate audiences
• Strong sales acumen and proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Natural charisma, confidence and on-camera presence with the ability to think quickly and adapt to live situations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections with customers and team members
• Product knowledge and ability to learn about new products and services quickly and effectively
• Proficiency with social media platforms and live streaming technologies
• High energy, enthusiasm and passion for sales and customer engagement
• Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as required
• Preferred: Experience in live streaming, e-commerce or direct sales environments
