Qualifications

Bar admission to practice law in the Philippines.
Strong foundation in civil, commercial, and procedural rules.
Experience drafting and reviewing motions and pleadings.
Excellent legal research skills.
Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, and other court submissions; conduct legal research; assist in case strategy; prepare for and attend hearings.
Take and defend depositions where applicable; coordinate with clients and witnesses; manage case files and timelines.
Collaborate with partners and senior associates to ensure high-quality work product and effective advocacy for clients.
