• Food Preparation: Assemble, season, and cook ingredients (grilling, baking, frying, sautéing) according to recipes and station assignments.
• Station Management: Set up, maintain, and sanitize workstations, ensuring tools are clean and organized before and after service.
• Quality Control: Inspect ingredients for freshness, monitor cooking temperatures, and plate dishes attractively according to standards.
• Inventory & Safety: Monitor stock levels, store food at correct temperatures to avoid spoilage, and strictly adhere to health and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
• Collaboration: Work with other kitchen staff and wait staff to complete orders efficiently.
