Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Line Cook/Commis experience in a restaurant.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and knife handling.
• Ability to stand long hours and work under high-volume pressure.
• Professional appearance and neat uniform for guest-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in open-kitchen concepts or live stations with professionalism.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies to prevent contamination.
