The Moment Group is seeking a hardworking Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and help maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in kitchen or food preparation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, mixing, and measuring according to recipe standards.
• Cook menu items using various cooking methods such as grilling, frying, sautéing, roasting, and steaming.
• Ensure food quality, portioning, presentation, and consistency meet company standards.
• Restock kitchen stations and maintain proper organization of ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in all kitchen areas.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and proper storage of ingredients.
• Follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and preparation guidelines accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours and high-volume service.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools.
