Job summary

Mary Grace is seeking energetic Seasonal Line Cooks to join our family-focused team at St. Luke's Medical Center, Taguig. You will set up mis-en-place and assist in hot and cold kitchen prep, ensuring timely service for each meal period.

Ideal candidates have culinary training or equivalent, 6 months to 1 year kitchen experience, and a commitment to food safety, teamwork, and delivering steady performance under pressure.

Qualifications

• Gender may be male or female.
• Graduate of culinary course or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year work experience/practicum in hot and/or cold kitchen.
• Experience in Italian and Western cuisine (Pastas, salads, sandwiches and entrees).
• Understands and applies food safety guidelines.
• Willing to work extended hours and shifting assignments.
• Highly organized, systematic, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of inventory and tracking methods.
• Healthy and free of illnesses.
