Role Overview

The Social Media Assistant provides the "engine room" support for the Editor. This role is focused on high-volume production, technical execution, and the logistical side of our social presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Production: Create daily layouts, and IG Story frames using Canva adhering strictly to brand guidelines.
• Event Support: Attend events alongside the Editor to capture "behind-the-scenes" (BTS) footage and upload real-time updates (Stories).
• Paid Content Execution: Build and monitor commercial executions and ensure all paid assets are formatted correctly.
• Drafting & Posting: Build reels from raw footage and draft captions for the Editors final approval.
• Community Management: Handle the heavy lifting of daily engagement, filtering comments, tagging brands/talent, and organizing the DM inbox.

Qualifications

High proficiency in Canva and mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot). Extreme attention to detail (tagging the correct handles, flawless spelling). Willingness to work flexible hours for evening event coverage.
