FILINVEST COMPANY-NATURE SPECIALISTS INC. (TIMBERLAND HIGHLANDS RESORT) is seeking a Lifeguard to provide guest service within the resort's Sports and Leisure facilities, following established standards for courtesy and timeliness.

The role includes lifeguarding duties and maintaining order and cleanliness of facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate has a Physical Education background, lifeguard certification, and at least 1 year of lifeguarding experience, with strong swimming skills and

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service within the Sports and Leisure facilities of the Resort in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• Perform lifeguarding duties as necessary.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of all Sports and Leisure facilities and equipment.
• Adhere to established standards for courtesy and timeliness.

Job Summary:

In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality Inc. and Timberland Highlands Resort,Rizal, and under the direct supervision of the Sports & Leisure Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing guestservice within the Sports and Leisure facilities of the Resort in accordance with established procedures and standards forcourtesy and timeliness, as well as lifeguarding duties, as necessary. This position is also responsible for the order and cleanliness of all Sports and Leisure facilities and equipment, takingintoconsideration the established cleanliness standards for said areas.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Physical Education major or related course
