Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a FMV Analyst to join our life sciences consulting team in the Philippines. The role provides wage data analytics and client-ready solutions, ranging from basic analyses to support for more complex projects.

You may lead small work streams and contribute to deliverables under senior guidance. The candidate will perform data analysis, reporting, and presentation work with advanced Excel skills and BI tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3 years of related experience - candidates from all industries are welcome; healthcare or life sciences experience preferred.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting, with data presentation skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques related to one’s functional area.
• Works willingly and effectively with others to accomplish team goals.
• Knowledge of basic business processes and market dynamics.
• Knowledge of professional/trade associations, key people and companies.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Advanced abilities with MS Excel (Power Query and VBA Macros).
• Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools.
• Willing to work night shift.
• Amenable to work in McKinley Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals and client solutions.
• Assists in the development of detailed documentation and specifications.
• Performs quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify client issues and develop client solutions.
• Assists in the design/structure and completion of presentations for the audience.
• Develops and may present complete client deliverables within defined frameworks and methodologies.
• Develops knowledge of consulting methodologies and life sciences market through engagements and learning opportunities.
• Engagement-based responsibilities are assigned and managed by Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals.
