Job summary

Manulife Insurance Malaysia seeks a Financial Sales Associate to provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to bank clients, coordinating with branch sales and service teams to deliver integrated product solutions for protection and long-term savings. You will strengthen relationships and support sales goals through consultations, presentations, and strategic client engagement.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
Bancassurance sales experience is highly preferred for this position but those with sales and customer service experience from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality and IT industries are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to bank clients.
Work closely with branch sales and service teams to address clients' protection, long-term savings and investment needs.
Strengthen long-term client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
Assist in achieving sales goals and targets, including lead generation, lead conversion and cross-selling of MCBL products.
Prepare Monthly Sales Call Plans and Daily Sales Call Reports to record and act on data.
Conduct client calls, sales presentations and other sales activities.
Generate new account relationships and deepen existing ones to improve profitability.
