Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Licensing Specialist to oversee global provisioning of customer licenses for production and sandbox environments. You will provide essential support to Account Executives and Renewal Managers by handling renewals, churn, suspensions, and lifecycle events with accuracy.

You will configure Salesforce records, coordinate with Sales and Customer Success, and maintain precise licensing data while ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent vocational/short course

Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce records to provision licenses according to subscriptions
• Update account settings on platforms beyond Salesforce
• Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success for subscription management issues
• Monitor onboarding email inbox and escalate appropriately
• Manage Provisioning Case and Support Request Queues
• Submit tickets for out-of-scope issues
• Maintain accurate account information for reporting and process management
