Job summary

REBEL is seeking licensed psychologists to join our Wellbeing & Resilience Coaching team in Rizal, Philippines. The role focuses on 1:1 check-ins and counselling, plus group sessions to educate and raise awareness of positive mental health.

Qualified candidates hold a Philippine PRC license, a Master’s in Psychology (or related field), and at least 300 direct clinical hours with 2+ years of experience. English and Tagalog are required; mornings to nights and weekends may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Have the ability to work in-person in Rizal.
• Active Psychologist License in the Philippines (PRC).
• Master's Degree in Psychology (or similar related field).
• At least 300 direct individual clinical hours (1:1 and group focused) and 2 years work experience.
• Speak Tagalog and English.
• Be open to working morning, mid or night shift + weekends.
• Be a high energy and self-motivated personality, a team player.
• Confident to work autonomously and is willing to share ideas.
• Be reliable and professional at all times.
• Be open to feedback and always willing to improve and develop.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Check-ins to clients to proactively support their wellbeing.
• Provide 1:1 Counselling to clients to support their mental health.
• Provide Group Sessions to clients to educate & raise awareness about positive mental health.
• Knowledge and Research: Explore & research resources that can provide assistance in the development of mental health modules for clients.
• Client engagement: Be responsive and reach out to all assigned clients through effective communication channels ensuring client retention.
• Keep organised: Utilise relevant systems and send regular reports to keep track of our progress.
• Work collaboratively: Work closely with the rest of the operations team and fellow coaches to address clients’ needs as effectively as possible.
