Job summary

REBEL is seeking a qualified Wellbeing & Resiliency Coach to provide 1:1 check-ins, counselling, and group sessions for our global clients. This role requires in-person work in Rizal, Philippines, with morning, mid, or night shifts and weekend coverage.

You will develop mental health modules, conduct research, and collaborate with the operations team to deliver a world-class coaching experience while upholding professional standards and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Psychologist license in the Philippines (PRC).
• Master's degree in psychology or related field.
• Minimum 300 direct clinical hours (1:1 and group) and 2 years of experience.
• Ability to work in-person in Rizal, Philippines.
• Proficiency in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 check-ins to support clients' wellbeing.
• Provide 1:1 counselling to support mental health.
• Deliver group sessions to educate on positive mental health.
• Research and develop mental health resources and modules.
• Engage clients and maintain regular progress reports.
• Collaborate with operations and fellow coaches to address client needs.
