Job summary

Fixus in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead and supervise engineering activities from planning through completion, coordinating with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a Professional Engineer license with 8–10 years of experience in project engineering or construction, and must demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and site supervision across manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer in any relevant engineering field.
• 8–10 years of experience in project engineering, construction, or project management.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering plans and technical documents.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project engineering activities from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, and compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Review technical drawings, documents, materials, and work requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Prepare and monitor project reports, progress updates, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate engineering requirements for manufacturing plants and other project facilities, when applicable.
• Provide technical and operational support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to requirements.
