The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property valuation, appraisal report preparation, and real estate market analysis, particularly in support of bank financing, collateral evaluation, and credit-related requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in the Philippines.
• At least two years in banking/real estate valuation.
• Experience preparing bank financing appraisals.
• Knowledge of appraisal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, numerical, research, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and value real estate assets.
• Prepare comprehensive appraisal reports for various property types.
• Analyze market trends, comparables, and location factors.
• Review titles, tax declarations, and supporting records.
• Coordinate with banks, clients, and brokers to clarify needs.
• Maintain valuation records in line with standards and deadlines.
• Support credit evaluation and collateral assessment processes.
• Monitor market developments and update property database.
