Job summary

GENERIKA Drugstore in the Philippines seeks a licensed Pharmacist to ensure safe and accurate dispensing, provide comprehensive medication counseling, and uphold all pharmacy regulations within the store environment.

The role involves filling prescriptions, maintaining inventory, coordinating with the PV team when needed, and delivering excellent customer service while keeping detailed records and ensuring proper storage and labeling of medicines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist / PRC Board Passer.
• Newly board passers are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fill prescriptions accurately.
• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines.
• Provide proper medication counseling to customers and patients.
• Review prescriptions for proper dosage and medication.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and dispensing of medicines.
• Monitor and maintain pharmacy inventory and records.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and monitor permits and License to Operate (LTO).
• Document adverse drug reactions and product complaints.
• Coordinate with the Pharmacovigilance (PV) Team when needed.
• Provide drug information and support to healthcare professionals.
• Assist in pharmacy-related training and activities.
• Perform other duties related to pharmacy operations as assigned.
