GENERIKA Drugstore in the Philippines is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to manage dispensing, counseling, and safe medication supply in-store. You will oversee prescription processing, stock control, and patient education, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality service.

The ideal candidate holds a pharmacy degree, is licensed, and demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-focused care, with willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and licensed/board passer.
• Familiar with POS systems.
• Able to work extended hours as required by store activities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and fill prescription forms
• Dispense drugs and conduct counseling for customers
• Order and store medicines, making sure they are kept safe, pure, and effective
• Dispense medications following prescriptions issued by an authorized medical practitioner
• Oversee packaging, labeling, measuring, compounding, storing, charging, and recording medications used in patient care
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness of therapy to determine ingredients and dosage
• Advise patients and care providers of potential drug interactions and storage information
• Ensure compliance of stores to statutory and regulatory bodies
• Maintain records of FDA Inspection reports and government permits
• Receive and record adverse drug reactions or product complaints
