Job summary

GENERIKA Drugstore in the Philippines is seeking a Licensed Pharmacist to ensure safe dispensing of medicines and provide professional pharmaceutical care with excellent customer service.

You will dispense prescriptions, counsel customers, review orders for accuracy and drug interactions, and help maintain regulatory compliance while supporting store operations and interns. Join a growing network with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Licensed Pharmacist.
• Fresh board passers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with or without work experience are welcome.
• Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines.
• Provide proper medication counseling and instructions to customers.
• Review prescriptions for completeness, appropriate dosage, and potential drug interactions.
• Advise customers on proper medication use, storage, precautions, and possible side effects.
• Ensure medicines are properly received, stored, handled, and monitored.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and required documentation.
• Monitor the validity of the store's License to Operate and other applicable regulatory permits.
• Support compliance with FDA and other government regulatory requirements.
• Receive and properly document adverse drug reactions and product quality complaints.
• Coordinate and report relevant safety information to the Pharmacovigilance team.
• Support pharmacy interns and participate in pharmacy-related programs and activities as required.
• Perform other pharmacy-related duties necessary to ensure safe and efficient store operations.
