Job summary
GENERIKA Drugstore is seeking a Licensed Pharmacist to ensure safe dispensing of medicines, counsel customers, and support store operations. Requires a Pharmacy degree and PRC license, with new graduates welcome to apply. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is required.
- Licensed Pharmacist / PRC Board Passer is required.
- Newly board passers are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and fill prescriptions accurately.
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines.
- Provide proper medication counseling to customers and patients.
- Review prescriptions for proper dosage and medication.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and dispensing of medicines.
- Monitor and maintain pharmacy inventory and records.
- Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and monitor permits and License to Operate (LTO).
- Document adverse drug reactions and product complaints.
- Coordinate with the Pharmacovigilance (PV) Team when needed.
- Provide drug information and support to healthcare professionals.
- Assist in pharmacy-related training and activities.
- Perform other duties related to pharmacy operations as assigned.
