Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• At least two (2) years experience with building/facilities management and operations.

Responsibilities

• The Mall Engineer ensures that the mall equipment and facilities (e.g. AC equipment, electrical facilities, water facilities, sewage treatment plant, ventilating equipment, kitchen exhaust equipment, generators) are in good operating condition and operate at maximum efficiency.
