Job summary

Servicio Filipino, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Chemical Technician to join our lab team in Metro Manila. You will perform testing and analysis per the Analytical Sample Plan, prepare reagents, and operate lab equipment with meticulous attention to detail.

You will record data for traceability, interpret results, and report to a senior team member for disposition. Adherence to safety protocols and escalation when needed are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Chemical Technician with valid certification.
• At least 1 year lab experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to follow strict protocols with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performs testing and analysis as defined in the Analytical Sample Plan in compliance with established SOPs (standard operating procedures).
• Performs reagent preparation and standardization of solutions in accordance with work procedures.
• Operates and maintains equipment used in performing analyses.
• Accurately record, organize, and maintain analytical data for traceability and completeness.
• Analyzes and interprets test results and reports to senior team member for disposition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including chemical handling, waste management, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Follows all laboratory procedures and practices for work tasks.
• Escalates issues to appropriate team member for resolution.
