Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Chemistry or BS Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid PRC registration/license as Chemist or Chemical Technician.
• 1-3 years of related working experience.
• Can work on shift and alone with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Trains to perform routine and non-routine analyses under direction of senior team member.
• Prepares lab reagents and standards used for testing.
• Monitors lab chemicals and consumables inventory.
• Collects samples according to the Sample Plan.
• Performs basic calibration and preventative maintenance of analytical systems equipment.
• Documents, communicates and archives analytical results and data.
• Reviews and revises lab test procedures as needed.
• Follows EH&S and ODMS procedures and practices for work tasks.
