Job summary

Rockwell Land Corporation is seeking a Construction Structural Engineer to ensure quality and proper execution of civil and structural works across the construction process. You will conduct site inspections, monitor structural works, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and project standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a Licensed Civil Engineer, and 2-3 years of relevant experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in structural construction, site inspection, or supervision.
• Experience in high-rise or vertical developments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, construction methods, drawings, specifications and standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections of civil and structural works.
• Check that works are executed per drawings, specs and standards.
• Review structural plans and construction documents for conformity.
• Monitor progress and quality of ongoing structural works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other disciplines.
• Prepare and maintain weekly progress, inspection and structural reports.
