Job summary

CATS Capital is seeking a licensed Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineer to join our facilities team in Manila. The role requires at least three years of supervisory experience or service as an Assistant Chief Engineer or Chief Engineer, preferably in property management and maintenance.

The candidate must hold an accredited DENR Pollution Control Officer (PCO) credential, demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills, and be willing to work onsite

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience, or experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer or Chief Engineer, preferably in property management, building operations, and equipment maintenance.
• Proven ability to analyze issues effectively and propose practical solutions.
• Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday at EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City.
