Job summary

Solidmax Construction Corp. is seeking a Site Engineer for a project-based role in Quezon City. The position targets fresh graduates and newly licensed Civil Engineers who are eager to learn, train on site, and handle field tasks beyond office work.

You will gain hands-on experience on construction sites, learn cost estimation basics, and collaborate with the project team. Relocation to different site locations may be required with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Willing to undergo training and hands-on learning
• Willing to be assigned or relocated to different project sites and office locations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Can work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer applications
• Knowledge of construction costing and quantity take-off

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision and monitoring of daily construction activities
• Conduct site inspections and monitor site conditions
• Assist in ensuring construction activities follow plans and specs
• Monitor progress and report developments to Project Engineer/Manager
• Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost-related documents
• Prepare monitoring sheets and project reports using Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate with workers and project personnel on tasks
• Prepare daily/weekly project reports and assist other engineering duties
