Career Connect invites a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our on-site team in Quezon City. You will assist in planning, design, and supervision of construction projects, coordinating with senior engineers and project managers to ensure timely, budget-friendly delivery in compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities include site inspections, cost estimates, reporting, and collaboration with architects, contractors, and subcontractors.

Qualifikationen

• A Licensed Civil Engineer
• With relevant experience, preferably from the Construction industry
• With background in cost estimates
• Must have a drivers license and can drive a manual car
• With at least 4-5 yrs. experience in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
• Can handle and supervise manpower on-site
• Computer literate; Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
• Using project management tools to plan timeframes
• Working with estimators to calculate the resources needed for a project
• Planning contingency programs in case timeframes change
• Meeting with contractors and suppliers
• Demonstrating knowledge of construction
• Working between offices and construction sites
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management
• Willing to work onsite, Monday to Saturday within Quezon City
• Flexible, can work with minimum supervision under pressure

• Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
• Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility and requirements
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve construction issues as they arise
• Prepare progress reports and updates for project stakeholders
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on project planning and scheduling
• Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities, materials, and equipment usage
• Adhere to project budgets and timelines, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation measures
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering
