Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cavite is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to support supervision, monitoring, and coordination of our construction projects.

You will assist in site inspections, check materials and workmanship, prepare reports, and coordinate with contractors and workers. Fresh graduates are welcome; a PRC license is a plus, with basic AutoCAD and MS Excel skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• PRC license is an advantage.
• Internship/OJT or site experience are preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods and basic project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and supervising ongoing construction and development activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and standards.
• Assist in checking materials, quantities, and workmanship.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, workers, and other project personnel.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Identify and report construction issues, delays, or concerns to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality standards, and company policies.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.
