Responsibilities

• Coordinate Civil/Structural/Architectural, MEPF works and budget management
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities
• Review plans for quantity needs and material costs
• Create price forecasts and feasibility studies
• Conduct monthly valuations and forecast final costs
• Prepare reports and attend meetings on cost and commercial aspects
• Perform quantity take-offs, plan interpretation, and related civil/structural tasks
