Job summary

Terrakonstrukt Systems Corp seeks an experienced architect to assist in design development and produce detailed drawings and 3D visualizations. You will work with senior architects, contribute to concept exploration, and gain exposure to construction detailing and site visits.

Ideal candidates hold an architecture degree, at least 2 years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, and BIM, thriving in a fast, flexible, ideas-first environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, BIM).
• Comfortable working in a fast, flexible, ideas-first environment.
• A sharp eye, an open mind, and a willingness to learn.
• Experienced in producing Contract Documents with a high skill level in architectural drafting and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design development, research, construction estimates, and presentations.
• Produce detailed construction drawings, 3D models, diagrams, and visualizations.
• Work closely with senior architects and collaborators.
• Contribute to concept exploration and creative experimentation.
• Project exposure to construction detailing and site visits.
