Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is assisting a client in Israel to recruit B1/B2 licensed aircraft engineers for a long-term relocation opportunity. The role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring aircraft serviceability across Boeing and Airbus fleets.

Candidates with B1 or B2 licences (or both), 5+ years of experience, and type ratings where applicable are preferred. Visa, relocation, and support are provided; six‑day operation with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 licence.
• 5+ years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience on multiple aircraft types from the list: B737 NG, B737 MAX, A320 CEO/NEO, B777 (GE), A300-600.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
• Troubleshoot fault diagnosis and defect rectification within licence scope.
• Complete and certify maintenance work per licence privileges and procedures.
• Work across line and base maintenance, ensuring safe aircraft release.
• Maintain accurate technical records and coordinate with operations and planning teams.

International opportunity | Relocation to Israel

We are helping our client recruit experienced B1 and B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers for a long-term opportunity in Israel. The role offers the chance to work across a broad Boeing and Airbus fleet, combining hands‑on line and base maintenance with responsibility for troubleshooting, aircraft serviceability and release.

The company welcomes engineers holding a B1 licence, B2 licence, or both, and provides visa and relocation support for international candidates moving to Israel.

What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across Boeing and Airbus aircraft.


• Take ownership of troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and defect rectification within your licence scope.


• Complete and certify maintenance work in accordance with your licence privileges, regulatory requirements and company procedures.


• Work across line and/or base maintenance, supporting safe and timely aircraft release.


• Maintain accurate technical records while coordinating with operations, planning and logistics teams.

What We're Looking For

• A valid EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 licence.


• 5+ years of hands‑on aircraft maintenance experience.


• Experience working with 2+ aircraft types from the following list: B737 NG, B737 MAX, A320 CEO, A320 NEO, B777 (GE), A300-600 (all engines).


• For B2 licence holders: B737 MAX type rating and 2+ years of hands‑on B737 NG/MAX experience.


• For B2 licence holders: current Human Factors, EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety training.

Additional aircraft type experience and a B2 licence for B1 candidates are advantages.

Working Arrangements

The position operates on a rotating shift pattern across a six‑day operation, with paid overtime. Shift coverage may include weekends and holiday days where operationally required.
