Job summary

SOLAR RESOURCES, INC in Makati seeks a diligent Liaison staff to handle BIR transactions, permits, and COO/CEI processing for real estate projects.

The role requires a four-year degree and 2–3 years of experience as a liaison in real estate, with proven ability to coordinate with government agencies, organize licenses and permits, and work under pressure with accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A graduate of any four year related course.
• With at least 2-3 years experience as Liaison staff in real estate industry.
• Preferably with experience in dealing with government agencies.
• Knowledgeable with documentation of licenses and permits process.
• With good working attitude, a team player and quick learner.
• Well-organized and detailed-oriented.
• Pro-active and results-driven.
• Can work under pressure and willing to render overtime.

Responsibilities

• BIR Transactions, Building Permit, Sanitary & Occupational Permit, COO Application, CEI Processing.
• Consolidation/Subdivision of Titles and Tax Declarations.
• ADA/CODA/TCT Correction/TCT Transfer.
• Tax Declaration Processing, Real Property Tax Assessment/Payment, Transfer Tax Payment, Business Permit.
• Provide data for preparation of transaction reports.
• Liquidation of received budgets for transactions.

• Building Permit and COO Application
• Tax Declaration Land and Building CTC/new application

6. Liquidation of received budgets for transactions
