Power 4 All, Inc. is currently looking for a Liaison Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
The ideal candidate should exhibit high standards in communication to partners and clients as an ambassador of Power 4 All, with a strong ability to initiate and deliver committed tasks ensuring utmost success in this multifaceted role.
Your Role Have a Wide Range Of Responsibilities
- Process and secure the necessary licenses, permits, and other documents from various government agencies.
- Protect the confidentiality and privacy of company processes and records.
- Submit DOLE Reportorial Document to the Regional Office when applicable.
- Permit Acquisition:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the construction team and various government agencies to obtain necessary permits and clearances.
- Identify and compile a comprehensive list of permits required for each project and develop a timeline for acquisition.
- Documentation and Submission:
- Prepare and organize all required documents, forms, and applications for permit submissions.
- Ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within specified deadlines.
- Agency Liaison:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in LGUs, Barangay, DENR, Meralco, and other relevant agencies.
- Attend meetings, hearings, and consultations to represent the company's interests and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Monitor the progress of permit applications and proactively address any issues or delays.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and requirements to ensure compliance.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized records of all permits, approvals, and communications with government agencies.
- Create and update permit status reports for project managers and senior management.
- Cost Management:
- Assist in budgeting and cost estimation related to permits and regulatory compliance.
- Track permit-related expenses and seek cost-effective solutions when possible.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, communication, public relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a liaison or similar role, with experience working with government agencies, community organizations, or industry partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements, with the ability to communicate these requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate meetings and events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Able to communicate and collaborate well with all levels of the organization.
- Able to plan activities and manage time well, especially during fieldwork.
- Provide timely feedback on whereabouts and status of assigned tasks.
- Credible and dependable.
- Willingness to learn and adapt efficient and effective work practices.
- Willingness to travel to meet with external stakeholders as needed.
