Job summary

ActiveOne Health, Inc. is seeking a Liaison Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination of corporate health screening and wellness program services in Metro Manila. You will ensure proper scheduling, coordinate with clinics, labs, and vendors, and monitor service requests for timely delivery.

You will also handle documentation, referral processing, and communication with clients and vendors, while validating billing and maintaining accurate records to support efficient health service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nutritionist or Registered Nurse.
• 1–2 years' work experience in client coordination, healthcare service delivery, and operations.
• Strong ability to communicate with vendors, clients, and patients.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process client requests for health screening and wellness services.
• Coordinate with clinics, laboratories, and vendors for scheduling and service delivery.
