Job summary

GCash is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Reconciliation Lead to strengthen data integrity and risk controls within our lending operations in the Philippines. You will oversee reconciliation workflows, ensure data alignment, and uphold our high standards of accuracy in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

You will identify and rectify discrepancies, supervise a capable team, and deliver reconciled accounts with compliant reporting to management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in lending operations, banking, finance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proven experience with transaction reconciliation and account review.
• Experience in a management, supervisory, or team lead capacity is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases would be a strong advantage.

• Identifies and rectifies any discrepancies, ensuring that clients' data are aligned and accurate. Ensures that all reconciliation activities are conducted in strict accordance with the approved process manual.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in lending operations, banking, finance, or related fields.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with additional experience in loan management systems considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proven experience with transaction reconciliation and account review, preferably within the lending industry.
• Proven experience in foreseeing negative scenarios and proactively implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases would be a strong advantage.
• Experience in a management, supervisory, or team lead capacity is advantageous.
