Job summary

Golden Topper is seeking a qualified litigation professional to join its growing legal team in Cebu. The role focuses on handling litigation cases, liaising with government agencies, and ensuring timely completion of project requirements.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of litigation experience, a law degree, and strong time management with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Travel for site visits may be required.

• Ability to liaise with government agencies and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handles litigation.
• Travel for site visits and interface with government agencies.
• Complete requirements for a project within timelines.
• Assist in preparing transactional documents.
• Perform liaising with government agencies including Registry of Deeds, DENR, Assessor's Office, DAR, BIR, Trial Courts and others.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills, to articulate clearly in business matters.
• Conduct research, factual investigation and analysis.
• Proactive with deliverables, must be analytical, meticulous, flexible, very organized, and possesses maturity to handle pressures, and must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Provide support and assistance to the other divisions of the legal department.
• And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
