Job Description

• Prepares affidavits, legal correspondence, and other documents for attorneys.
• Provides the Management with practical legal advice on business issues and company strategies in various legal topics.
• Draft pleading, memos, contracts, and affidavits.
• Set the strategy and goals for the paralegal team, which should be aligned with the organizational goals.
• Ensures all the needs and queries of the stakeholders and Board of Directors are effectively and adequately addressed.
• Conducts Performance Evaluation.
• Monitor and report monthly case updates on all cases involving the Bank.
• Participates in strategic and operational planning activities of the company.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors occasionally.
• At least 2-years of extensive experience in Corporate Law/Loan Documentation/Collections/Litigation from a reputable banking/ financial services industry and law firm.
