Job summary

Avvoka is seeking a qualified lawyer to join our global drafting team. You will turn precedents into automated templates on our no-code platform, applying your legal judgment to briefs rather than fully specified specs. Expect a portfolio of live templates after twelve months and deep expertise in key practice areas.

You’ll build, test, and refine templates, ensure formatting integrity, and advise on contract restructuring for automation, working with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years' experience as a qualified lawyer, ideally in a law firm or in-house setting, with hands-on drafting of commercial or transactional documents.
• Experience drafting loan agreements, corporate housekeeping documents, engagement letters, purchase agreements, or employment contracts is preferred.
• Strong logical thinking and a forensic eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and automate templates from precedents for a no-code platform.
• Test templates against complex conditional scenarios to ensure accuracy.
• Advise on contract restructuring for automation and implement data integrations and dynamic fields.
