Job summary

Jollibee Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks a Legal Counsel to support general corporate requirements across assigned business units. • At least 2 years of legal practice in a top-tier law firm or company.
• Graduated with excellent academic credentials.
• Experience in corporate matters required.
• Experience in M&A and/or working with multinational or non-Philippine entities is not required but would be a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).

• Practice Area Management: Handle assigned legal practice areas based on specific projects and business requirements.
• Account Legal Management: Provide legal support to BUs, support services, and functions, including operational and project-related matters.
• Support corporate housekeeping, labor and employment matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, compliance management, and advising on commercial transactions.
• Handle the legal needs of assigned brands and support functions within the Jollibee Group in the Philippines.
