Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the Philippine legal team, supporting corporate needs of assigned business units in the Philippines. You will handle corporate housekeeping, labor matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, compliance, and advising on commercial transactions.

The role will support the brands and functions within the Jollibee Group in the Philippines, with a hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of legal practice in a top-tier law firm or company.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Experience in corporate matters is required.
• Experience in M&A and/or multinational or non-Philippine entities is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).

The Legal Counsel will be part of the Jollibee Group Philippine legal team, supporting the general corporate requirements of assigned business units in the Philippines. This includes corporate housekeeping, labor and employment matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, compliance management, and advising on commercial transactions. The role will also handle the legal needs of assigned brands and support functions within the Jollibee Group in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice Area Management: Handle assigned legal practice areas based on specific projects and business requirements.

• Account Legal Management: Provide legal support to BUs, support services, and functions, including operational and project-related matters.

Job Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years of legal practice in a top-tier law firm or company
• Graduated with excellent academic credentials
• Experience and strong background in corporate matters required
• Experience in M&A and/or working with multinational or non-Philippine entities is not required but would be a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
