Conducting its business as a trusted partner for more than 45 years, Pluxee is committed to creating a positive impact on all its stakeholders, from driving business to local communities, to supporting wellbeing at work for employees while protecting the planet.**Compliance*** Review of all relevant laws and regulations applicable to the Company and ensure compliance with these, i.e., AML, DPA, BSP-OPS, etc.* Ensure that business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies (including Group policies) and procedures.* Ensure that all regulatory permissions (licenses, permits) remain current and appropriate for business needs.* Continual compliance risk assessment of company practices together with the development of internal policies and procedures, compliance training and protocols as needed.* Serve as liaison for all regulatory bodies as well as maintaining relationships with relevant legal bodies and trade associations.* Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry initiatives and advise management accordingly.* Liaise with third parties, together with the company’s management, that wish to understand the company’s control environment, compliance policies and procedures.* Provide reporting with respect to regulatory requirements and developments* Develop compliance checklists and prepare compliance reports, as and when due* Inform management/internal control of any findings as regards non-compliance that may require investigation* Review policies and procedures documentation to ensure applicable regulatory laws are incorporated* Any other duties as required by the immediate manager**Legal*** Liaise with auditors, internal/external lawyers, tax advisers as needed.* Preparation of required compliance documentation for statutory, legal, regulatory purposes.* Maintenance and review of legal agreements/contracts* Developing and overseeing that the company meets its compliance obligations under relevant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities* Negotiation, drafting and implementation of the terms of agreements in all business contracts and agreements, as needed.* Responsible for providing legal support in aid of relevant company processes* Review all documentation that has legal implications for the company prior to signing and implementation.**Others*** Provide consultative services / act as subject matter expert in the area of legal and compliance for internal projects as needed* Orient new hires about the legal and compliance tasks/responsibilities in the Company* Abide by the Company’s Employee Code of Conduct and similar policies
