Job summary

The role involves software setup, calibration, and coordination with the Project Manager, Production, and Installation teams to meet project requirements. Fresh grads may be considered; willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or technical/vocational graduates with LED experience may be considered.
• Knowledge in LED panel installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of LED display systems, controllers, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of LED display software and configuration tools is preferred.
• Hands-on technical work and field installation capability.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, configure, and test LED panels, walls, and related display systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair LED panels, modules, power supplies, wiring, and related components.
• Configure and troubleshoot LED control systems and display software.
• Diagnose software, signal, connectivity, display, color, resolution, and synchronization issues.
• Conduct testing and calibration of LED displays before deployment or installation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic technical servicing of LED equipment.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Project Handler, Production Team, and Installation Team on requirements and issues.
• Read and follow technical drawings, layouts, specs, and installation instructions.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Document repairs, maintenance activities, and solutions.
