Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, real estate practices, and relevant regulations.
• Proficient in administrative tasks, documentation management, and property management systems, with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the leasing process, including applicant screening, lease preparation, contract execution, and move-in coordination.
• Manage tenant and client relationships by handling inquiries, conducting property tours, and providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with tenants and internal teams to address concerns, maintenance requests, and property-related issues.
• Ensure lease records, tenant documents, and property files are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, leasing standards, and applicable real estate regulations.
