AC Beautiful Island Realty Development Corp. is seeking a proactive Tenant Acquisition Staff to identify and secure qualified tenants for our property portfolio.

You will market available spaces, conduct site tours, manage inquiries, negotiate lease terms, and ensure high tenant satisfaction throughout the leasing cycle. The role emphasizes maintaining high occupancy, analyzing market trends, and delivering accurate leasing reports to support profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of leasing/property management/sales experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
