Job summary

SM City Molino in Bacoor, Cavite seeks an experienced Leasing Manager to attract and retain premier tenants, ensuring a vibrant and high-performing mall mix.

You will develop strategic leasing plans, review product/service mix, and oversee sales and marketing integration to drive occupancy and rental income while maintaining tenant satisfaction. A Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years in leasing or related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years of working experience in leasing, real estate, retail, fashion, sales and marketing, business development, or related work.
• Experience with international/high-end brand environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement strategies to increase tenant occupancy in the mall.
• Review and advise on product/service mix concepts and compliance with contracts.
• Oversee integration of sales and marketing functions to improve tenancy and leasing operations.
• Achieve tenant satisfaction within mall policies and regulations.

Job Description

As the Leasing Manager, your creative thinking will come into play as you develop plans to attract new tenants for your assigned region. Apart from filling up the mall with tenants, your role is to also ensure that you have a great mix of stores that will draw in shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and create strategies, policies, projects, and procedures that will increase, improve and maximize tenant occupancy of the malls
• Review, analyze, propose and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Oversee the administration and integration of sales and marketing functions in order to ensure improvement of the performance of tenants, tenancy, and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels.
• Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related regulations, company policies and procedures, convention, and practices that have been established.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any related courses.
• 5 years of working experience in leasing, real estate, retail, fashion, sales and marketing, business development, or any other related work from an international/high-end brand.
