Job summary

Dash Living is Asia Pacific’s leading manager & operator of living sector assets, expanding across Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Australia. We are seeking a Financial Reporting Executive to support our accounting and finance functions and ensure accuracy with ownership.

You will promote and sell Dash Living's co-living products, coordinate viewings, nurture the customer base, and help hit monthly KPIs while working remotely from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Hotel industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Dash Living's co-living products and services to customers according to their needs.
• Schedule a viewing and coordinate with the local team off-shore.
• Maintain and expand customer database (lead generation, referrals, etc.)
• Develop strategies and suggest ways to improve sales and ensure monthly KPIs are hit.
• Handle inquiries from potential clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services.
• Provide assistance and support to the Team

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Executive to support our accounting and finance functions, as we continue to expand our property portfolio. You are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for accuracy and a strong sense of ownership in your work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Promote and sell Dash Living's co-living products and services to customers according to their needs.

Schedule a viewing and coordinate with the local team off-shore.

Maintain and expand customer database (lead generation, referrals, etc.)

Develop strategies and suggest ways to improve sales and ensure monthly KPIs are hit.

Handle inquiries from potential clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services.

Provide assistance and support to the Team

WHAT WE'R LOOKING FOR

Ready to work remotely from home.

Bachelor's Degree

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience (hotel industry experience will be an advantage).

Sharp analytical skills coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be able or flexible to work on shifting schedules

Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Possess a "can do" attitude.

Fast learner and Self Starter

Has at least 1- 2 years experience with sales/retail/hospitality or any other related field.
