Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management, Moa, Pasay City, is seeking a Store Development Staff with or without experience who is fluent in English. The role involves overseeing the leasing flow toward mall or building terms and negotiating offers in line with company requirements.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at HEAD OFFICE - PASAY CITY. Salary offered is 21,500 Php plus up to 2,100 Php allowance depending on experience, with meal allowance and service charge included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder preferred.
• Experience in a similar field is highly preferable.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong negotiation and management abilities.
• Pleasing personality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms.
• Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands.
• Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal.
• Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts.
