Job summary

Key duties include managing course plans, budgets, nominations, and facilitator readiness, plus reporting on feedback and maintaining SharePoint content across programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in business or HR related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years in HR or learning deployment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build initial course scheduling offering for review.
• Submit requests to publish content in SuccessFactors.
• Support end-to-end deployment of learning course plans and budgets.
• Coordinate learner nominations, cancellations, and sessions.
• Prepare facilitators for delivery and manage logistics.
• Maintain SharePoint content for curricula and courses.
• Collaborate with EY Germany learning team and cross-functional partners.
• Support online modules, webcasts, and virtual projects.
