Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems in Metro Manila is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to join our global operations team. You will design and deploy Lean manufacturing workflows, drive value stream mapping, and champion waste-elimination initiatives to improve productivity and quality across manufacturing cells.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, track project milestones and savings, and partner with the Lean Champion to ensure robust governance and alignment with financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on Lean manufacturing experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with value stream mapping and cell design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain Lean concepts across value streams.
• Lead cost and process optimization initiatives.
• Mentor teams and coach on Lean principles.
• Track milestones and savings; report progress.
• Manage budgets for expenses and capital equipment.
