Job summary

ITC CORP. is seeking a Leadman to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities across multiple trades. You will ensure work aligns with plans, maintain safety, and lead a crew to meet schedules and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction, strong leadership, ability to read drawings, and excellent teamwork and communication to support Foreman and Project Engineer on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site operations or skilled trades.
• Ability to read and follow working drawings and instructions.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills in managing small work groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of workers in specific trades (formworks, concreting, masonry, carpentry, steelworks, electrical, plumbing, or finishing).
• Interpret and execute instructions from Foreman or Engineer accurately.
• Ensure all works comply with quality standards and project specifications.
• Check and prepare required materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations.
• Monitor the team’s output and report progress, issues, or delays to the Foreman.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and order within the assigned work area.
• Conduct preliminary inspections before work turnover.
• Assist in layout and measurement tasks on-site.
• Provide on-the-job training or guidance to workers to maintain work efficiency.
• Report material shortages, manpower needs, or equipment issues to the Foreman or Engineer.

Job Description:

The Leadman shall be responsible for assisting the Foreman and Project Engineer in supervising and implementing construction works on-site. The Leadman acts as the immediate leader of a specific trade or work crew, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed according to the approved plans, specifications, and schedule. The Leadman shall serve as the link between workers and site management, maintaining work quality, safety, and productivity at all times.

The Leadman shall:

Job Qualifications:

The Leadman shall possess the following qualifications:

• Vocational or Technical Course graduate in construction-related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction site operations or skilled trade work.
• Strong technical knowledge in one or more construction trades (e.g., formworks, finishing, plumbing, electrical, or masonry).
• Ability to read and follow working drawings and instructions.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills in managing small work groups.
• Physically fit and capable of handling site work and coordination.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Committed to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Willing to be assigned to various project sites as needed.
